Notes:
- You can register online using your Debit/ Credit Card.
- Registration is mandatory for everyone, including faculty members.
- Resident/ Fellow/ Researcher/ Nurses/ Data Managers have to submit a certificate from their head of department/ institute.
- Accompanying Persons including spouses will not be allowed to attend/ enter scientific sessions.
- While your safety is of utmost importance, the committee/ organisers will take no responsibility for loss of belongings/ valuables or damage to your property.
- The registration fee does not include any travel cost, insurance, accommodation, sightseeing tours or airport transfers.
Cancellation Policy:
- You may send the cancellation requests to annualmeeting2023.apbmt@gmail.com , on or before 15th September 2023.
- In case of cancellation due to Covid or travel restrictions imposed by Governmental due to covid related issues , 75% of the registration amount will be refunded
- There will be no change of registrations from physical to virtual or vice-versa. In case of these changes, the delegate will have to cancel the registration under one and re-register for the other.
